Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life - Vancouver
We are a non-profit organization offering classes according to the system "Yoga in Daily Life". We offer:
- Yoga classes (level 1-8) including Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation, and meditation (see schedule)
- Yoga classes in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) (see schedule, call Catherine 604-267-7996)
- Vegetarian cooking classes (see events page)
- Satsang, monthly meetings with video lecture, discussion and Bhajan singing, by donation (see events page)
Beginners Level 1 class

Join the ongoing classes any time on a drop-in basis, or
register for the whole 6 week session and save.
Level 1 schedule:
6 Week Introductory Course
Get a systematic, progressive, 6 week long introduction to Yoga in Daily Life, one class per week.
Starting dates and schedule:
Wednesday 7:30 pm, starts on February 26.
Registration and payment required before or at the first class.
